Please feel free to stop by for a free tour of our Denver/Aurora facility anytime between 10:00 AM- 3:00PM Monday-Saturday.

Monday -Friday: 7am-6:30pm
Saturday: 7am - 2pm
Sunday: 5-6pm (for pick up only)
CHECK IN
Please allow at least 5 - 15 minutes for check in and have the following information ready:
- Current vaccination record, including Distemper, Rabies, Bordetella for dogs and Feline Distemper and Rabies for cats (must be official documentation from your veterinarian or phone verification). Vaccinations will be given at your expense if not current. Vaccination against kennel cough does not guarantee that your pet will not develop "canine" cough.
- A list of any current medications, instruction for giving the medications, medical concerns, or requests. All medication must be in the original labeled container obtained from your veterinarian. Medication will be administered per label instructions only. Qualified kennel technicians administer medications, however, we cannot guarantee that medication can or will be administered to animals that are aggressive or difficult to medicate. Animals requiring medications will be charged a nominal fee per time medications are given, in addition to boarding charges. We do not encourage boarding for very old animals or those with serious medical conditions such as severe arthritis, as boarding stress can aggravate these conditions. Dogs with seizure disorders cannot be boarded at any time and we cannot accept diabetic patients in our kennel.
- Any special instructions, i.e.: "Spot is shy with strangers and jumps fences."
- One emergency number where you or another responsible party can be reached.
- Daily diet. Our boarding animals are fed a premium diet, currently Eukanuba, which is included in the boarding fee. Special diets can be fed; however, you must provide the type and quantity to be fed. Special diet requirements should be brought in sealed, marked containers with the appropriate amount needed for your pet's stay.
  24/7 PET DROP OFF PROGRAM

Introducing Tenaker Pet Care Center’s 24/7 Pet Drop Off Program.
24/7 is a convenience we offer to early doggie daycare customers and travelers, including those using D.I.A. We are located approximately three miles from I-70 and Airport Boulevard which makes Tenaker’s 24/7 an easy stop on the way to DIA. Check out the MAP to our Location.
Within Tenaker, we have a Tenaker 24/7 secured area, with surveillance cameras, available to customers to use before/after our regular business hours. Customers use a specially coded lock system which allows them before/after hours entry into a secured holding area with individual dog runs. Your pet stays in the holding area a short time until Tenaker opens for business and you pet is transferred to their assigned suite.
